Refund and Changes Policy


All tickets sold on are Non-refundable, Non-changeable and Non-transferable unless otherwise specified.


• It is compulsory to get in touch with through registered email for a refund request, as the airlines will not be able to refund customer for tickets booked at

• All cancellations made directly with the airlines must be reported to through registered email or phone to initiate the refund process which is subject to eligibility.

• Not all tickets booked on are refundable. Airlines refund policy as per fare rules will be applicable. Customers can request a copy of refund policy for their particular reservation at the time of payment. Processing time for refund requests if eligible may take between 8-12 working weeks.

• The refund will be credited back to the same source through which the payment was made.

• Changes if eligible will invite additional charges like change fees, difference in fare and taxes and service fee USD 45.00 per ticket.

• No free changes are possible against COVID-19 as travel restrictions have been lifted. 

• It is recommended to call or email for changes at least 24-72Hrs prior to the scheduled departure. 

• Changes on the same day of travel or within 4Hrs of flight departure are not guaranteed.
